In recent years as the Club ages, we have invested close to $23 million to upgrade our three golf nines and driving range, refurbish the hotel rooms, and expand the gym facilities. As a result of the course upgrading works, the Club has won the accolade as one of the Top Three Best Golf Courses in Singapore in 2010 and 2011. We were therefore recognized as being suitable and appropriate to host the Handa Asian Classic part of the Asian Tour Event for three consecutive years. This has added prestige to the Club.

Apart from the constant need to continuously maintain, refresh and upgrade the Club’s facilities, operational costs keep on rising over the years. The General Committee and the Management have been looking into cost-cutting measures and increasing productivity to control the Club’s escalating expenses.

In another recent drastic change of the club scene in Singapore, all clubs have suffered in their takings in the jackpot machines which hitherto have been their main supporters of clubs’ operational costs.

After very careful deliberations, the General Committee has decided that with effect from 01 March 2012, the Golfing and Social Principal Membership subscription fees will be increased. Please refer to the table below for the revision. Spouse fees will remain unchanged for both Golfing and Social Membership.

  Principal Subscription Fees
Old Fees Increase by Revised Fees
Golfing Principal Membership
Individual, Corporate, Union
$110 $25 $135
Social Principal Membership
Individual, Union
$60 $10 $70

In view of the economic outlook, we have kept the revision at a minimum amount. With the revised fees, the Club’s monthly subscription fees are still below the market rate as that of comparable clubs in Singapore. A copy of a recent survey on subscription fees of comparable clubs can be downloaded here for your information.

The Club Management will continue to introduce more exciting events for members. You can look forward to events such as Oktoberfest, golf carnivals and juniors programmes which you and your family can participate.

We seek your cooperation and support as we strive to make the Club the preferred venue to meet, relax and enjoy in the camaraderie of like minded friends.

Please kindly note that one of our access clubs, New Kuta Golf & Ocean View will be revising its golfing fees with effect from 1 February 2012.
