Social & Recreation Facilitator

 

Responsibilities:
·          Plan, organize and execute social, sports and recreation activities for members and guests.
·          Improve utilization of the various facilities
·          Engage members through constant interaction so as to better understand their concerns and needs
·          Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, serviceability of the recreation facilities and equipment
·          Review SOP and assist in ensuring compliance of rules and regulations at the facilities
·          Achieve participation rate and all other KPIs of the department.
 
 
Requirements:
·          Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
·          Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related filed in organizing events
·          Service oriented and self-driven team player who possess good communication skills

Marcom Officer

 Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with various business units or external vendors to produce and design effective promotional materials, advertising posters and direct mailers.
  • Support in editorial and publication of Club's magazine and maintaining of the Club's website
  • Handle feedback from members and general public
  • Provide public relations support for events
  • Manage a good administrative and documentation control system

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mass Communications or Public Relations or Multi-media
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Self-driven team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Creative, meticulous and IT-savvy

 

HR Manager

 
Responsibilities
. You will manage a team of executives/ officers overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions.
. Main responsibilities include organizational development, resourcing, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, learning & development and employee relations.
. You will also review, formulate and implement HR policies, initiatives and processes to support the Club’s mission and goals and meet its business objectives
 
Requirement
. You should possess a Degree, with preferably a post-graduate Diploma in HRM
At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with a good understanding of and practical experience in employment governance & HR policies.
. You are likely to be a high-energy individual with ability to work independently.
. In addition, you should possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

 

Social & Recreation Assistant

 
Responsibilities:
. Plan and execute recreational activities for members
. Maintain the facilities to ensure good condition for member’s use
. Registering/booking of Club’s Recreation facilities for club’s members and guests
 
Requirements:
. Pleasant disposition
. Secondary Education
. Basic computer knowledge

Operations Executive

(work Location: Pasir Ris)

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth running of daily operation of the club
Perform opening and closing of daily collections for club facilities
Monitor and improve the room occupancy rates
 
Job Requirements:
. Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
. Good leadership and problem-solving abilities
. Effective written and verbal communication skills
. Computer literate

 

Revenue Executive

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing plans to drive hotel room sales and occupancy
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing hotel booking channels and source for new channels
• Develop competitive room packages for different market segments
• Monitor and track hotel occupancy rates and sales performance

Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Team player with a pleasant personality
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

 

F&B Part Timers

Requirements:
- No experience required, training will be provided
- At least 16 yrs old and above
- $6.00 per hour
- Transport provided after 12 midnight
