• Valid for Walk-In only. No reservation is allowed.

• Time out at OCC Promotion is valid for six (06) hours from the time of check-in.

• Latest check-out is strictly at 10pm only.

• Weekend/ Peak surcharge of $40++ (UP $60++) per package applies on Friday, Saturday, Eve of PH and School Holidays.

• Room rate includes10% surcharge and prevailing GST.

• Rate is for room only and does not include any meals.

• All booking must be fully paid upon check in.

• Room is subject to availability.

• Strictly no cancellation. No cancellation or refund once payment has been made.

• Not valid with other promotions or group bookings.

• Guests are expected to adhere to the OCC Hotel management rules & regulations.

• ANY KIND OF GATHERINGS, CELEBRATIONS, PARTIES, GATE CRASH, FUNCTION, DECORATIONS, COOKING, BBQ, CATERING SERVICE IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOTEL ROOMS.
