OCC NEW RFID DRIVING RANGE CARD

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. The use of OCC Driving Range Card is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Orchid Country Club.
  2. The Management reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  3. The Management is not responsible for any lost, damaged or expired cards.
  4. The Card is non-exchangeable and non-refundable in the event of lost, damaged or expired.
  5. The Card is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
  6. Users may check the expiry date of their Card at the Driving Range Counter.
  7. The Management may, at its discretion, blacklist Card suspected of being stolen, lost, tampered with, fraudulently issued, procured or valued, or being a counterfeit.

    This is not applicable to the old OCC Driving Range card.
