Hotel New Year Promotion Package
Terms & Conditions:
- First 100 reservations only.
- Valid for 2 days & 1 night stay (2D1N) in the Deluxe Room or Deluxe Family room.
- Guests are allowed to book a maximum of 1 room only. Maximum of 2 consecutive package only with the above special rate.
- Buffet Dinner will remain at 02 pax regardless of room type booked.
- Buffet Dinner at Royal Palm is only valid during the stay. No extension will be allowed.
- All bookings must be guaranteed in advance with full credit card details. Strictly no cancellation.
- The room rate is inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing GST.
- Check-in time is at 3pm onwards and check-out time is at 12noon.
- Early check-in or late check-out will be chargeable at $15++ per room per hour. Subject to room availability.
- Full room charges and a refundable deposit of $200 will be collected upon check-in.
- Maximum of three (3) persons for Deluxe room and four (4) persons for Deluxe Family room. All guests must be registered upon check in with physical NRIC/ passport.
- Not valid with other promotions or group bookings.
- Rooms are subject to availability.
- Complimentary parking at the open carpark only. Overnight carpark label to be issued upon check-in.
- Kindly register at the Sports Counter for usage of Olympic Pool, Children’s Pool & Sauna.
- Kindly be reminded that dining, activities and facility guidelines may vary in accordance with the Government’s advice as a collective effort to thrive above the pandemic situation.
- ANY KIND OF GATHERINGS, CELEBRATIONS, PARTIES, GATE CRASH, FUNCTION, DECORATIONS, COOKING, BBQ, CATERING SERVICE IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOTEL ROOMS.
