Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for assisting, identifying and developing corporate account relationships for the group segments to maximize club revenue such as MICE, Banquet, Room, etc. Incumbent to ensure his or her sales targets and objectives are met.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

I) Sales

  • Research, identify, target and solidify relationships with existing and new group accounts
  • Develop and manage quarterly action plans outlining specific sales actions to uncover new business potential for the entire club portfolio
  • Build strong business partnerships, matching portfolio offering with client needs
  • Conduct weekly sales calls for new group business
  • Uncover new group business accounts for the portfolio of properties according to the respective club’s guidelines and goals
  • Handle account details so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are completed and documented

II) Marketing & Financial

  • Travel to conduct sales calls, attend identified trade shows and conferences to promote the club
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan pertaining to group market segments to be utilized in the achievement of revenue goals
  • Participate in the development of annual rate structure and strategies with Head of Sales & Marketing to achieve annual goals in the Banquet and Corporate hotel sales
  • Assist to plan, control and direct activities of the field sales force to secure maximum sales volume and profit target and to develop maximum potential sales from all markets for the club’s products
  • Develop strategies and objectives with regard to revenue, profitability, new products, new business and market opportunities
  • Assist to prepare annual sales budget and participate in the determination of market potential and in preparation of sales expenses estimates
  • Assist to produce regular reports, analysis & forecast for Senior Management on current market/product development and trend including customer reactions
  • Assist to develop marketing policy, recommend product and product line revision as well as pricing policy, other strategies and partnership program with distributors in the region
  • Maintain contacts with major accounts, principals and customer service activities
  • Assist to supervise sales activities through sales & sales support personnel

III) Operation & General

  • To assist in checking, handling and overseeing all related VIP events
  • To coordinate with Banquet Operations, Stewarding, F&B Outlet operations to areas of cleanliness and food hygiene
  • Conduct and chair all internal meetings as and when required
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by the Head of Sales & Marketing from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level/A Level/Diploma/Tertiary Education
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience
  • Presently holding similar position in other hotels/clubs, an added advantage
  • Experience in Food and Beverage/Hospitality related field preferred
  • Computer Software (Microsoft etc)
  • Good administrative, planning and organization Skills
  • Knowledge of Delphi Sales & Marketing system an advantage
  • Pleasant Personality/Neat Appearance/Well-Groomed
  • Fluent spoken & written English
  • Being bilingual would be an advantage
  • Open to Singaporeans only

Job Summary:

You will be responsible to manage the overall lounge operations to ensure the operational efficiency, maintaining or improving the established food and beverages quality and service quality standards and be accountable to the achievement of departmental budgeted revenue and profit goals in line with the Club’s directions.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the day-to-day operations activities, including the roster scheduling of employees
  • Ensure consistency in food and service quality with continuous monitoring and feedback to your Reporting Officer or the Management
  • Guide and train employees in all aspects of service standards, create innovative ideas or focus areas to improve the overall service standards or patronage; including service recovery procedures in order to ensure total members or guests’ satisfaction.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service within inter-Departments
  • Analysis, brainstorm and propose marketing promotions that may improve the overall Department’s revenue results. This includes but is not limited to events planning and promotions for F&B outlets, menus planning, pricing, soliciting of suppliers & sponsors for food promotion, overall F&B labour costs and expenditure
  • Involve in financial planning, including annual budgeting (i.e., achievement of budgeted revenues, controlled expenses and labour costs) and business plans
  • Ensure SOPs in place for security of inventory, liquor storage and replenishment of F&B supplies in accordance to anticipated business volumes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Consistently ensure that all equipment and tools in the lounge, including but not limited to sinks, taps, coffee machines, cash register etc, are all in proper operational condition
  • Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
  • Customer oriented, hardworking with strong interpersonal communication skills 
  • Cheerful and outgoing disposition
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Job Summary:

The incumbent is to assist the Technical Officer/Executive in the day-to-day operations of the Club, ensuring optimal efficiency of Property & Maintenance facilities and equipment. 

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct routine inspection, meter or equipment reading assigned by immediate superior
  • Perform operation on building automation system (BAS), fairway lighting control system, and carry out jobs through work order issued by inter/other departments
  • To perform periodic preventive maintenance/periodical test/repair & inspection works of all club’s M&E equipment, machineries, plants, fixtures and fittings, so as to minimize the loss time/downtime incurred
  • To be able to carry out assigned duties in fire- fighting procedures and emergency situation
  • To troubleshoot, repair & servicing of M&E works in the Club
  • Assist to carry out building works defects such as plastering, re-tiling, painting, plumbing and carpentry varnishing works assigned by superior.
  • Required to perform three (3) shift duties
  • To carry out ad-hoc or urgent job given/assigned by superior
  • To assist Banquet in audio video setup & operation for functions, seminars and weddings
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve work orders issued

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘N/O’ Level
  • NTC/ITE Grade 2/3 in Electrical / Air Conditioning / Building Services / M&E engineering
  • Preferably 2 to 3 years' experience in electrical, air conditioning, building services or M&E engineering maintenance works, preferably in Club/Hotel industry

Unique Knowledge & Skills:

  • Current professional skills (Electrical, Air Conditioning, Building Services or mechanical)
  • In House training will be given/cater for him/her in On-Job-Training (OJT) format.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare buggies for tournament/timesheet and co-ordinate tee times
  • Load and unload golf bags
  • Record players and timesheet (tee/turnaround/completion) accurately
  • Brief golfers on golf etiquette and safety, enforce it by ensuring golfers adhere to the golf etiquette and rules
  • Ensure tidiness around the tees, golf courses and range
  • Maintain pace-of-play
  • Monitor weather conditions
  • Inspect lightings for night golf
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Secondary and above with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Conversant in English and one other language
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Sound overview of the golf course with regards to pace-of-play
  • Be tactical in enforcing pace-of-play
  • Must be able to handle daily loading and unloading of golf bags
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
