This Privacy Policy describes the practices in which NTUC Club & its subsidiaries, which include Resorts Concept Pte Ltd, Quebec Leisure International Pte Ltd, Leisurequest Pte Ltd, NCI Golf Pte Ltd, Orchid Leisure Enterprise Pte Ltd (Orchid Country Club) and Pasir Ris Resort Pte Ltd (Aranda Country Club) (“us” or “we” or “our”) collect, use and disclose Personal Data collected from you.

For the purpose of this Policy, “Personal Data” shall mean data, whether true or not, about an individual which can be identified – from that data; or from that data and other information which an organisation has or is likely to have access. Such Personal Data shall also refer to the data which is already in our possession or the data to be collected by us.

It supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consent that you may have previously provided to us, nor does it affect any right that we may have at law in connection with the collection, use, disclosure and / or retention of your Personal Data.

1.3     Where Personal Data of any third party are provided by you to us, you undertake to obtain the consent of the third party to our collection, use and/or disclosure of those Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy policy. We reserve the right to request for the verification of such consent where required.

1.4     We may rely on the legitimate interests exception to collect, use or disclose personal data without consent for some or all of the following purposes:

1) Jackpot Cashier (Full-Time)

The Jackpot Cashier shall report to the Jackpot Officer / Executive / Manager and assist in carrying out the day-to-day Jackpot operations. The duties of the Jackpot Cashier are to perform Registration and Cashiering roles, as well as provide good Customer Service during each shift.

The Jackpot Cashier can be assigned, and shall be expected to perform, additional tasks not listed in the above by the Jackpot Officer / Executive / Manager.

2) Graphic Designer (Full-Time)


  • Design and update Orchid Country Club (OCC) marketing collaterals (not limited to posters, banners, digital signages and other promotional materials as required)
  • Design and update OCC signages (e.g. directory signages, toilet renovation signages)
  • Design and update Aranda Country Club (ACC) marketing collaterals and signages
  • Sourcing and job coordination with external vendor/suppliers on printing and installation works
  • Work closely with the newsletter vendor on the design, layout, colours, schedules and production of OCC bi-monthly newsletter,
  • Manage and maintain OCC ’s photo library, including hardcopies, softcopies, slides etc.
  • Ensure all materials produced befit the club’s image and align with its corporate identity.
  • Knowledge of basic video editing skills is an added advantage.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned from time to time by Marcom Manager or the Management


  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player
  • Basic writing and communication skills preferred

3) Accountant (Full Time)


This role may lead a team of 1-2 team members, and reports directly to the Finance Manager.


Financial Accounting

  • Maintain full set of accounts for one or more entities within the Group, including consolidation
  • Prepare monthly HQ consolidation package, internal management reports with analysis and explanations (including power point slides)
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly consolidation package to HQ Consolidation Team
  • Prepare balance sheets and other related schedules
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and cash flow forecast
  • Preparation of statutory accounts, liaising with auditors in the finalisation and issuance of statutory accounts
  • Ensure compliance of all statutory reporting matters such as finalisation of statutory accounts on time for filing with ACRA, and the department of statistics forms
  • Assist in annual forecast and budgeting exercise
  • Includes supervision of Accounts Receivables team for cross-function exposure


  • Preparation of GST schedule and quarterly submission to IRAS
  • Preparation of deferred and current tax provision calculations
  • Preparation of Jackpot PLR submission on a monthly basis
  • Ensure returns for corporate tax, GST and other relevant taxes are submitted, payments made on time and all relevant regulations are complied with


  • Covering for Payroll and related duties

Fixed Asset Register

  • Maintain fixed asset register
  • Yearly fixed asset physical count             

Other Finance related duties

  • Expected to be able to do monthly presentation to EXCO/Committee Members
  • Assist Finance Manager/Head of Finance in Corporate Governance related matters (including Internal Audit procedures), first draft review of Approval Papers submitted from operating units
  • Assist with the update and quarterly submission of tier-1 risk dashboard
  • Assist Head of Finance in project-based feasibility studies, data analysis, IT initiatives and related integration
  • Assist with annual process, policies and procedures review
  • Manage General Insurance contract of the Club
  • Must be prepared to cover cross function work within Finance/Purchasing Department, including job rotation within Finance/Purchasing Department for own exposure and learning purposes
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time by the Finance Manager/Head of Finance


  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of audit experience
  • Strong in accounting skills and concepts. Technically and technologically savvy
  • Strong in excel and graph charts
  • Strong in power point
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective in time management
  • Able to adhere to timelines with high level of accuracy

4) Social & Recreation Officer / Executive (Full Time)


  • Managing the day to day operation of sports facilities (swimming pools, tennis court, changing rooms, bowling centre) in a safe and effective manner
  • Supervise and perform daily counter duties including but not limited to counter services, attending to feedback/suggestions and enforcing facilities’ policies, rules and regulations
  • Responsible for the planning, organising and delivering of a range of aquatic and sports programmes catering to different levels and skills
  • Responsible for the managing and initiating of sports and social interest groups including but not limited to membership recruitment and engagement activities
  • Responsible for the organising of bi-monthly committee meetings including but not limited to timely follow up on decisions required and minutes preparation
  • Responsible for the generating of daily facilities utilisation report
  • Assist in planning and execution of Club events within budget
  • Carry out any other duties or special assignments as may be assigned by the management from time to time


  • Minimum diploma in related discipline (events or sports management)
  • Prior experience working in related fields will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fun and outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well both individually and in a team with minimal supervision

5) Social & Recreation Facilitator (Full Time)


  • Administer social and recreation activities on a day-to-day basis
  • Running of daily operation at bowling centre
  • Plan, organize and execute social, sports and recreation activities for members and guests
  • Ensure that activities are duly advertised and post-event pictures are duly displayed
  • Ensure that all billings for courses and statement of account for events are completed and submitted within timeframe stipulated.
  • Assist in ensuring the compliance of rules and regulations at the assigned facilities
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, serviceability of the assigned recreation facilities equipment
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer


  • Minimum G.C.E. ‘O’ Level
  • At least 1 year of working experience in organizing events
  • Computer literate

6) Golf Assistants (Full Time)


  • Prepare buggies for tournament/timesheet and co-ordinate tee times
  • Load and unload golf bags
  • Record players and timesheet (tee/turnaround/completion) accurately
  • Brief golfers on golf etiquette and safety, enforce it by ensuring golfers adhere to the golf etiquette and rules
  • Ensure tidiness around the tees, golf courses and range
  • Maintain pace-of-play
  • Monitor weather conditions
  • Inspect lightings for night golf
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time


  • Secondary and above with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Conversant in English and one other language
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Sound overview of the golf course with regards to pace-of-play
  • Be tactical in enforcing pace-of-play
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

7) Membership Executive


  • Assists in price matching and negotiation between prospects and members
  • Works with Membership Team to bring in Term membership sales
  • Performs membership data entries and creations
  • Performs routine membership-related tasks such as maintaining membership records and filings, updating membership schedules and issuing membership articles
  • Extracts membership data and reports, updates Feedback reports as well as generates Complaint Management System (CMS)
  • Handles emails, phone calls and walk-ins for prospects and members
  • Conducts club tours
  • Conducts membership roadshows organized by Club
  • Assists in resolving members’ complaints and handles feedback
  • Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior
