BOOKING OF TEE TIMES FOR
• Fri, 10 Jul 2020 (Polling Day – Public Holiday)
• Sat, 11 Jul & Sun, 12 Jul 2020
Please be informed that booking of tee times to play next weekend (11 and 12 Jul 2020) and on 10 Jul 2020 – Polling Day (Public Holiday) will open tomorrow, 𝟑 𝐉𝐮𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎 𝐚𝐭 𝟏𝟐𝐩𝐦.
To allow more members to play over the Polling Day weekend, members can book 1 tee time on 10 Jul 2020 (Fri) and 1 tee time on either 11 Jul (Sat) or 12 Jul (Sun).
You can access the online booking form via this link: https://forms.gle/f1EjMdZCNR4H743u9
The booking system will not allow any attempts to book before 12pm.
Members are encouraged to plan the day they want to play as tee times will be allocated on a first received, first served basis. Members can be assured all bookings received are time stamped in the format HH:MM:SS. Members will be notified of their tee times at least 3 days before the date of play. For members who are unsuccessful, you will be placed on the waitlist and will be contacted when a tee time is available.
Since the implementation of the online booking form to replace the Friday queueing system, we have received positive feedback from members who enjoy the convenience of booking a tee time without coming to the Club.
We have, however, found some members abusing the system by submitting incomplete information of players’ names and membership numbers in order to beat the queue and duplicate bookings. We thank members for being patient with us as we fine-tune the booking process. We will continue to monitor and review this booking system to stamp out any abuse of the system so that all members get a fair chance to play on the golf course on weekends. Should there be a continued abuse of the booking system, the Club will consider changing the weekend booking to a ballot system or restricting the number of times a member can play on the golf course.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
