WHEEL YOGA

With the help of a yoga wheel, participants will be able to practice traditional asana yoga poses. The yoga wheel is designed to expand and stretch your shoulders, chests and hips while improving your flexibility and strength. Perfect for those with backaches or wish to improve their core strength.

KICKBOXING (NOT AVAILABLE)

KARATE

As an ancient Japanese art of self-defence, Karate is a great way to maintain good health and is suitable for anyone aged between 5 to 70 years old. It involves good cardio exercises, joints and muscle development, and bones and tendon conditioning.

TAEKWONDO

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, which emphasises head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques.

AIKIDO

Our Aikido classes are conducted by Aikido Shinjukai, officially recognised by Japan’s Aikido World Headquarters. The art of Aikido helps to destress, improve health, and build confidence and character. Discover and understand your true self while learning subtle, smooth and circular movements for practical self-defence.
