HATHA YOGA

Yoga is an ancient practice that involves breathing and meditation techniques and body postures. It aims to calm the mind to attain peace and harmony in oneself. Hatha Yoga is a system of exercises that builds physical and mental strength, focusing on body alignment.

KICKBOXING

Mix up your routine and enjoy high-intensity cardio and strength building drills in a highly motivating group environment to boost your metabolism. Sweat it out and learn proper techniques to achieve a leaner body and a healthier state of mind. Suitable for people of any fitness level!

KARATE

As an ancient Japanese art of self-defence, Karate is a great way to maintain good health and is suitable for anyone aged between 5 to 70 years old. It involves good cardio exercises, joints and muscle development, and bones and tendon conditioning.

TAEKWONDO

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, which emphasises head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques.

AIKIDO

Our Aikido classes are conducted by Aikido ShinjuKai, officially recognised by Japan’s Aikido World Headquarters. The art of Aikido helps to destress, improve health, and build confidence and character. Discover and understand your true self while learning subtle, smooth and circular movements for practical self-defence.

HIIT 30

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training class that involves short and intense bursts of full-body exercises, followed by short and active recovery periods. You will be challenged to gradually push your fitness level with emphasis on proper form and fundamentals. Benefits include weight loss, improved endurance, stamina and strength, and a higher metabolism rate!

PILATES

Increases muscle tone and endurance, developing balance and coordination, improving posture and alignment, boosting core strength and stability, heightening body awareness, and relieving stress and back pain.

VINYASA YOGA

A popular style of yoga hat inculcates proper breathing and poses to help relieve anxiety and stress, detoxify your body, improve muscle tone, body posture and alignment, and increase flexibility, balance and strength. Classes are of progressive intensity to suit all fitness levels.
