Responsible for day to day front desk operations, administrative operations as well as supporting golf operations.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the day-to-day front desk operations, including opening and closing of the golf counter.
- Register golfers and process bookings, tee-time reservations, and cancellations accurately.
- Handle payments for golf, and other golf-related services.
- Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Verify and record golfers’ handicap details as required
- Maintain accurate records of daily play, bookings, and financial transactions
- Update social media platform on suspension and resumption of play during inclement weather
- Provide administrative support and assist in event coordination when needed.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, professional, and stocked with relevant materials (scorecards, registration forms, etc.)
- Support other golf operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Secondary and above with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Conversant in English and one other language
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
