Hong Bao Golf Special and Hong Bao Dinner 2026

A vibrant sea of red filled the grounds as 216 golfers teed off for the annual Hong Bao Golf Special in celebration of the Lunar New Year on 22 February 2026 (Sun). Dressed festively for the occasion, participants gathered at the Emerald Suite for a hearty buffet lunch before the day’s excitement began.

The celebrations kicked off with a traditional “cai qing” lion dance performance to usher in good luck and prosperity. Adding to the excitement, the OCC mascot made his first-ever appearance, delighting members and guests alike. The golfers then came together for a commemorative group photo before heading out to the course.

In the evening, the festivities continued at the Grand Ballroom with a sumptuous Chinese sit-down dinner, complete with an auspicious Lohei toss to welcome a prosperous year ahead. An additional 150 members and guests joined the celebration, making it a truly grand occasion. The lively atmosphere, complemented by live music and an excellent spread of dishes, created a joyous and memorable night.
