Layout of the seating arrangements was very nicely done.
Carpark arrangements were smooth as security guard at guardhouse radioed in to carpark person in charge when GOH was driving in so we are aware when they are driving in.
Lunch food was well-received.

Thank you Serene for the prompt support and service for the Thanksgiving Dinner 2025, we appreciate you going the extra mile with our requests and for responding to us even while on staff retreat. Our guests complimented Orchid Country Club for the excellent food and the great event. The entire venue was beautifully set up, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere that made guests feel welcomed and festive. It truly captured the spirit of Thanksgiving.
We are very grateful for Karim’s strong support for our All Saints Home Thanksgiving Dinner 2025. He exemplified great customer service in his responsiveness to our feedback and went the extra mile with our last minute material requests such as extra easel stands and painting frames for our Day in the Life of a Resident booth. He also helped support the switching of the residents’ table to a larger one just an hour or so before the event so that our beneficiaries could enjoy their dinner better. Halfway through the dinner, the water supply in the ladies’ toilet was disrupted and Karim worked with his Ops team to ensure the speedy rectification of this issue. Karim was always prompt, polite and positive in his approach with our queries and requests despite the time stress. Thank you very much Karim for being instrumental to the success of our event.
We are thankful for Thanan’s strong support for our All Saints Home Thanksgiving Dinner 2025. He was sharp, pro-active and gave good advice such as recommending to start the beers only at the start of the dinner so as to reduce wastage at the cocktail area. Thanan worked tirelessly behind the scenes pre-event to ensure that the tables were setup correctly, all dirty linen and crockery replaced and also requested for youth staff to rectify the wrong placement of programme booklets swiftly. Thanan worked closely in tandem with the programme team and the emcee to ensure that service was paused for key moments in our event and to resume speedy service afterwards. Thank you very much as well for ensuring the vegetarians got their vegetarian meals. Thanan was always on the ball, thoughtful, respectful and had good ideas for ensuring the smooth banquet experience we had at our event.
