I am writing to commend one of your staff, Mr Karim from the Banquet Department, for the outstanding service he provided during my recent visit to Orchid Country Club. On 3rd August 2025, while attending a wedding luncheon, I accidentally left my umbrella behind. Despite it being a small and easily overlooked item, Mr Karim went out of his way to locate and track it down for me. His proactive attitude, patience, and genuine care turned what could have been a minor inconvenience into a positive experience that left a deep impression. It is rare to encounter such dedication and professionalism in handling what many would consider a trivial matter. Mr Karim’s service reflects highly on the standards of Orchid Country Club, and I believe his efforts deserve recognition. Please extend my gratitude to him. Members and guests are truly fortunate to be looked after by staff of his calibre.
