OCC Driving Range Card Terms and Conditions
1. The use of OCC driving range card is governed by the terms and conditions of Orchid Country Club.
2. The management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
3. The management is not responsible for any lost, damaged or expired cards.
4. The card is non-exchangeable and non-refundable in the event of lost, damaged or expired cards.
5. The card is valid for three (3) years from the date of last transaction (i.e. top-up or utilisation, whichever is later). After this period, the card will be invalidated without any refund of the remaining balance.
6. Cardholders may check the expiry date of their card at the driving range counter.
7. The maximum stored value in the card at any point in time is capped at $300.
8. The Management may, at its discretion, blacklist cards that are suspected of being stolen, lost, tampered with, fraudulently issued, procured or valued, or being a counterfeit.
